These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through spanglitalianlanguages.com and the use of the digital products provided through the website

1. Seller

2. Tiramisù

Tiramisù is a digital Italian-learning product priced at €59.
The purchase includes:

• six weeks of Tiramisù;

• 3 uplifting stories in Italian;

• 6 weeks of guided learning;

• video, listening, vocabulary and language practice.
  

Tiramisù is delivered digitally over a six-week period. Before accessing the first learning materials, customers are asked to confirm that they wish the supply of the digital content to begin immediately.

No physical product will be shipped.

3. Purchasing process

To purchase Tiramisù, customers must provide the information requested during checkout and select an available payment method.
Before completing the purchase, customers have the opportunity to review the information provided and the total price of the order.
By completing the order, the customer agrees to pay the price displayed at checkout.

4. Payment

Payment is made online using the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Spanglitalianlanguages.com does not directly collect or store customers' complete payment card details.
An order is considered successfully placed once payment has been completed.

5. Digital delivery

Tiramisù is supplied digitally over a six-week period.
Following purchase, customers receive instructions for accessing Tiramisù. Before accessing the first learning materials, customers are asked to provide the express consent and acknowledgement described in Section 6 below.
Once this step has been completed, the first learning materials are made available, with further materials provided over the six-week period.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and accurate information at checkout.

6. Right of withdrawal for digital content

Tiramisù is a digital product containing digital content.
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases under applicable consumer law.
Before accessing the Tiramisù digital content, you will be asked separately to expressly request and consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and to acknowledge that, once the supply of the digital content begins, you will lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.
Once you have provided that express consent and acknowledgement and the supply of the digital content has begun, the right of withdrawal will no longer apply, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, inaccessible, not supplied as agreed or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

7. Digital content and problems with your purchase

If the digital content supplied is inaccessible, is not supplied as agreed, or does not conform to what was purchased, please contact us so that the problem can be investigated and, where applicable, remedied in accordance with consumer protection law.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Tiramisù materials and original content provided through spanglitalianlanguages.com are protected by intellectual property rights.
The materials purchased are provided for the purchaser's personal, non-commercial use.
They may not be resold, redistributed, published, reproduced for commercial purposes or shared with other people without permission.

9. Website and third-party services

The website may use or link to third-party services necessary for functions such as payment processing, video hosting or other digital services.
Where customers use third-party services, those services may also be subject to the respective provider's own terms and policies.

10. Availability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website and digital materials available.
Temporary interruptions may occasionally occur because of maintenance, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The Terms applicable to a purchase are those made available in connection with that purchase.

13. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Italian law.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.
